Personal Trainers of Fort Nelson Fitness and Athletics
Shelly is a Certified Personal Trainer and a member of the Fort Nelson Fitness and Athletics staff. She's friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable on all of our equipment. Shelly loves the outdoors and can often be found at their family cabin when not helping people meet their full potential at the gym. When asked what her training style is she said that she likes a combination of strength training and circuits to build muscle and get a good sweat going.
Natasha has a BSc Kinesiology, Health and Fitness Teaching and various other certifications. During the day she teaches Physical and Health Education to the high school students and in her spare time she can be found reaching for her own fitness goals or helping others reach their potential in the gym. Her knowledge and passion for fitness is evident. Natasha's training style is functional strength.
Frazer is currently enrolled in his Personal Training Certification, althought he was been lifting since 1999 but consistently for the last 10 years.
When asked why he wanted to take his certification and become an official personal trainer he said the #1 reason is becasue he has a lot of good info through research and trial and error and wherever possible he want to help others avoid missteps that can slow down the process of getting in shape and he is genuinely just likes to help people. #2 reason is he enjoys seeing the trasnformation in people.
